Details

Terroir: Mostly come from the plateau of the Upper and Lower Artèmes. Terroir late, altitude (300 meters), exposed south on sandstone molasses soil and limestone lauzes basements. It is the most southerly of our terroirs, the wines are structured, but always on the freshness. Rosé have a nice complexity.

Vinification: Destemmed harvest. Direct pressing. 100% drained juice then cold settling for 18 hours. Yeasting, then alcoholic fermentation <13°C.

Aging: 3 months in tanks.

Tasting: This 2023 rosé have a very pretty pale pink dress in color, with powerful red berry, citrus and floral aromas. This wine is dominated by its elegancy, generous body and perfectly balancing acidity
