SHIPPING POLICY

HONG KONG

MAINLAND CHINA

Details: Select Mainland China as the delivery location.

Delivery Time:
Generally 2 weeks.

Charges:
A shipping fee of HK$100 will be charged per bottle (750ml).

Remarks:
The recipient must be an individual and needs to provide one of the following:

Mainland Chinese residents: ID card, military soldier card, officer card, civilian cadre card
Residents of Hong Kong or Macau in the Mainland: Pass or residence permit
Residents of Taiwan in the Mainland: Taiwan Compatriot Permit or residence permit
Foreign residents in the Mainland: Passport
ID cards and other documents must be valid.

Please note that for each delivery, the total value cannot exceed RMB 800 or 6 bottles.

If the value of a single item is between RMB 800 and RMB 5,000, each item needs to be delivered separately (limit one per person/address/document number/phone number per day).

*All wines produced in Australia or with an alcohol content of 30% or above cannot be delivered to Mainland China.

Tax: 50% of the total value

*If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect recipient information and no one signs for the package, leading to the parcel being returned, we will cancel the entire order directly.

Delivery times may be extended depending on courier delivery conditions and customs inspections.

TAIWAN

Details: Select Taiwan as the Delivery Location.

Please note that for the import of alcoholic products into Taiwan, each order cannot exceed 5 litres (6 bottles). If it exceeds this limit, there may be a need for separate deliveries.

Delivery Time:

• Generally, delivery will be made 1-2 weeks after placing an order online.

• You will receive a notification from FedEx after the shipment is dispatched.

Charges:
For orders totalling HKD 5,000 (approximately TWD 20,000) or more, shipping is $0HKD.

If the total is < HKD $5000, a shipping fee of HKD $500 (approximately TWD 2,050) will be charged.

Remarks:
Please provide your full English name/passport name. If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect recipient information and the package is returned due to no one being available to sign for it, we will cancel the entire order directly. Delivery times may be extended based on courier conditions and customs inspections.

Remarks:
• Taiwan Alcohol Import Tax: After ordering, we will contact you to collect the alcohol tax fee (via WhatsApp/email), which will be paid using a credit card.
• The Taiwan alcohol tax includes (customs duty + alcohol tax + business tax), details as follows:

Customs Duty
• Wine: Assessed price x 10%

Alcohol Tax
• Brewing Alcohol: NT$7 per liter per degree of alcohol content
• Reprocessed Liquors: If alcohol content exceeds 20% by volume, NT$185 per liter; if alcohol content is 20% or less by volume, NT$7 per degree of alcohol content per liter.

Business Tax
• (Assessed price + alcohol tax + customs duty) x 5%

*In addition to the taxes, we will charge an additional HKD 200 (approximately TWD 820) per order as customs clearance fees for the courier company.

Under the regulations of Hong Kong, we must inform that deliveries of alcoholic beverage, wine, liquor, and other restricted items, will only be made to individuals who are of or above the age of 18, as mandated by the laws of Hong Kong.

To comply with these regulations and to confirm the age of the buyer, we require identification upon delivery. This may include presenting a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, Hong Kong Passport, or other government-issued document. The goods will not be delivered to minors or those who fail to provide sufficient proof of age.

Furthermore, the goods are only deliverable to the customer in person.

In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to insufficient age verification or insufficient identification, the buyer shall be liable for the additional costs of returning the goods. We require confirmation of the majority age during the ordering process.

As for delivery arrangements, the customer is required to specify the delivery details when placing the order. For orders containing multiple items, goods will be delivered uniformly, unless otherwise agreed, partial deliveries will generally not be accepted. However, at the customer's request, a partial delivery can be arranged. Please note that additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
