Founded in 1988 with the creation of the Protected Designation of Origin AOP Luberon appellation. In 2017, La Royère embarked on a process of conversion to organic farming, leading to the award of the BIO label by Ecocert in 2020. It now covers more than 40 hectares.
The reds, often a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, boast deep, spicy flavors, while the whites, typically made from Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and Roussanne, are fresh, with delicate citrus and floral notes.
