La Réserve

Terroir: Vines aged 60 years old planted on scrubland terroirs (clay-limestone soils with the presence of pebbles) with a hilly profile bordered by groves of pines and holm oaks.

Vinification: The harvest is done manually when maturity reaches its peak. In order to extract maximum aromatic complexity, this wine comes from a long maceration of around 30 days. To help extract these aromas, during the 30 days of maceration, pumping over and stirring are carried out daily.

Aging: 24 months in oak barrels.

Tasting: This wine has an intense, deep garnet color with brilliant reflections. blackberries mixed with roasted notes. The palate is rich and balanced, with silky, coated tannins, fat, and beautiful aromas of black fruits and spices. There is a nice length on the finish with notes of cocoa.
