1603 Blanc

Terroir: This wine comes from a parcel-by-parcel selection of vines with an average age of 25 years and old ugni blancs.

Vinification: Direct pressing, cold settling and cold settling, fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled hot/cold.

Tasting: From a terroir renowned for the finesse of its whites, our 1603 is a brilliantly colored wine with a lovely mineral attack. Citrus fruits express themselves in the bouquet of this of this white blend, which exhales notes of lemon grapefruit and blood orange.

Serving suggestion: Perfect with shellfish, rock fish, salads and creamy cheeses.
