Les Oliviers Rouge

Terroir: Mostly sandy-clay soil with very little limestone. Vine about twenty years old, trained in double Royat cordon, and located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon. Controlled permanent grassing. Area surrounded by hedgerows that are both biological reservoirs, but also a natural protection against climatic hazards.

Vinification: Manual harvest and total destemming allowing to bring suppleness and notes of red fruits. Traditional vinification in concrete tanks and maceration of 3 weeks on average. No input added during the winemaking process, only a SO2 correction when bottling to avoid any risk of deviation.

Tasting: This Oliviers 2023 presente some notes of Garrigue, Red fruits. Very good balanced.
